Diagnosis

Analytics: benchmark existing user flows, conversion and SEO performance.

Heuristics review: analyse content quality and usability against industry best practices.

Research: collect user feedback, doing usability testing and carrying out some competitor analysis.

Ideation

Content recommendations: develop recommended content and design improvements.

Wireframes: produce proposed page designs for testing.

Iterative improvement

Test and experiment: put variant content and designs in front of real users.

Analyse: collect and evaluate data from content experiments.

Iterate: make content edits based on data and results.
